Best RRSP Rate?

So each year everybody scrambles to get their rrsp’s in place, and they always want the best rrsp rate. What is the best rrsp rate? I have seen many rrsp rates in my lifetime. As an Edmonton Real Estate investor I use peoples rasp’s to buy and sell real estate. I give an average rate of about 11%. This changes with the amount of risk that is required with that particular investment. But in recent times I have seen an incredible RRSP rate of return. I have found a company that has a track record of 23% over the last 28 years. This is the best rrsp rate I have ever seen. Will they get you those rates next year? I have no idea, but they might. You have to do your own homework.

When I give a rate of return on the properties that I buy I give that rate for the life of my property. Which means as long as I am tied to the property and your rrsp is part of a mortgage on the property I will give you those returns. Are my rrsp rate guaranteed? No, nothing in life is guaranteed. Make sure you know this, but I once heard someone say ‘If 70% of all millionaires made their millions in Real Estate and 30% of all millionaires made their millions in other business, then why do YOU put your money in the mutual fund market?’ I love that quote.
