The search engines love certain things. So to get a rank in the search engines you need to do the following three steps.

Same as in part one if you put listings on Craig list you will get crawled by the search engines very fast. One step further is to write a lens on a site called squidoo. The search engines love this site as well. When on squidoo you will want to write articles based on your industry. The search engines will crawl and rank those articles higher then your, so you will get some traffic from people that find the article there. And at the same time the search engines will crawl your site and find other articles that you will begin to get ranked for.

Paying for links. In this form of business Advertising online you will pay for links from companies that are in the same or close to the same industry as you. Some links will cost you $50 + per month. This will give you a higher ranking for the keyword phrases that you have on your site.

Blogs are the third business advertising online strategy for seo. The search engines love blogs and crawl most of them daily. You write a blog that has to do with your industry, then you link back to your site from the blog. Write one or more postings everyday if you can. After 6 months you will be seeing some free traffic.

Taking this point one step further is to comment on other people’s blogs that are similar to yours. In both these cases you will get the search engines crawling your site more, and also get some human traffic clicking on the links as well.
