Find Edmonton Jobs click here.  In this economy there is no shortage of Edmonton Jobs.  I would think the most common sign I see in Edmonton is 'Now Hiring'.  So what does this mean for the employer and for the employee?  First let's look at Edmonton employers.  If they are a bigger company they have to pay more money for the employees and pass that extra cost onto the consumer.  A smaller company that does not have lots of high quality clients has more trouble with this.  Edmonton employers still have to pay more if they want workers, but it is tougher for them to justify to their clients the extra cost.  Now for the employee.  We will not be like this forever so I would not recommend jumping ship for $.50 per hour.  Not worth it.  If there is other factors go for it!!  One bonus for Edmonton employees is that you can go out and find that job you have always wanted, even if your skill level isn't there yet.  Most Edmonton employers would rather train than go short handed.  Check out the Edmonton Job Fair for jobs that might lead to the career of your choice.
