RRSP Mortgage

Do you invest in RRSP's?  Are you happy with your RRSP returns?  There is a way that only a hand full of people are aware of for you to invest your RRSP's in Real Estate.

Now with your RRSP's you do not directly invest in the Property, but rather you invest in a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd mortgage.  Why would you want to do that?  Security!  Yes real estate can go down, so if you are 65 this may not be for you. But if you are younger than even if real estate goes down you can easily ride out the wave.  Unlike stocks or mutual funds where you may not have a choice to ride the wave.

RRSP Mortgages can be set up through a designated trustee.  Then the RRSP can be used as a mortgage on an Property.  You can not do this with your own property, or with anyone that is related to you through blood or marriage.  You can however, invest with a friend, coworker, or other person that is not related to you.  The best way to invest in an RRSP mortgage is through an investor that does this all the time.

RRSP Mortgage Returns

What kind of return can you expect from your RRSP Mortgage?  The RRSP Mortgages that we set up generally have a return of 10-12%.  This is much better then you would get with a bank or with most low interest bearing funds.  And this is safer than a lot of funds out there.  Unlike a mutual fund that needs to return about 14% to give you a return of 10%, we give you 10%.  Or whatever the agreed upon rate is.  The difference being is we are not fund managers, stock borkers, fund borkers, or agents of any sort.  We are stictly real estate investors.  We make our money on the real estate and not on your RRSP!

Where To Invest Your RRSP Mortgage

The best place at this moment to invest a RRSP Mortgage is in Alberta, BC, or Ontario.  These are the locations that in our opinion are the best places to invest in Real Estate.  And if these are the best places in Canada to invest in Real Estate they are also the best places with the lowest risk to invest an RRSP Mortgage.
