Our buying criteria is to find properties through aggressive marketing strategies that seek out owners of Edmonton properties that are in need.  We then go to these owners to help them with their situations.  Many times they have gotten themselves in too deep and are close to losing their homes to the banks.  This would result in a foreclosure.  Destroying their lives, their credit, and quite often their relationships with their significant other.  We meet with these individuals to discover what their needs are and from there help them in the best way we can.

Often we buy their houses and relieve them from their debts, saving their credit and allowing to get equity out that they would have lost to the banks.  This helps them with their situation at that moment.

We use JV partners and RRSP Mortgages to fund these properties.  The JV partners make a very good return on their investments and the RRSP Mortgage holders enjoy solid returns with minimal risks.
