Increase Website Traffic With Article Marketing

Article Marketing is a very effective way to increase website traffic. Article marketing is when you write articles about your industry that will help those that read the articles, then some of those that read the articles will come back to your site for more information. This is also good for search engine optimization.

There is two purposes of article marketing. The first is to get clients or future clients to come back to your site. If you write a good article it is possible to get that article seen 50 times per week and have anywhere from 1-25% come back to your site. I currently have 26 articles listed in some of the article directories. This is giving me close to 800 views per week and about 70 visitors per week. Not bad, it does take time, some are duds, some work well. The first 15 articles I did not know how to write the articles to get traffic. The key to this is to have your keywords properly situated in the headline of your article. I have 1 article that gets about 200 views per week, but only about 1% come back to my site. Then I have another that gets about 80 views per week and I get 17% coming back to my site. Either way if you keep at it you will increase website traffic with article marketing.

The second purpose of article marketing to increase website traffic is that the search engines will crawl from the article directory to your site. So this will help your pages get indexed and help you increase website traffic from the search engines as well.
