In this article I will explain the ways I increased website traffic. And following these steps will give you increased website traffic as well, maybe not all at once, but over time you will get increased website traffic.

So the first question I have to ask is how much money do you have? You see, the more money you have the easier it may be to have your website traffic increased. With a lot of money you can pay for a lot of high ranked websites to link to you. Just 10 of these sites will cost you about $5000 per year. And all you get is a link. The reason you will have increased website traffic is because the search engines will give you a much higher rank and with a higher rank the more people that will see you from online searches. Of course you will get some increased website traffic from the links themselves.

Now if you can not fork out the $5K to do this then you can take the slower route for increased website traffic. The slower route being you still get links from other sites with a common theme to yours, but you may have to give a link back to their site as well. This will still help you, but it does take a lot of work. And is well worth the efforts.

The other things you need to do to rank higher and get increased website traffic is to have your main keywords in your title, headline, subheadings, and through out your page. Then anyone that is linking to that page should have the link in the form of an anchor text with your main keyword in the anchor.

Then write 20-30 articles on those keyword phrases, and send about 5 off to the article directories, again using anchor text in the text of your bio in the article. This will give you increased website traffic and from the link and get you indexed for those keywords in the search engines. I have 26 articles that give me about 3 people per week per article coming to my sites, but on top of that I now rank higher then some other sites for those keyword phrases. It takes time, but will pay off.
