Mortgage Inside RRSP

Are you trying to put your mortgage inside RRSP? For what reason are you doing this? If it is for your own personal use then you will not be able to do this. If this is for investments purposes then you might be able to do this. The reason I say might is because you can not do this for your own investments property, but you can do this if you invest with a sophisticated investor. You can not do this with any of your family or relatives or anybody that is related to you through blood or marriage. You can do this with someone if they are not within arms length of you. Meaning an investor that you are not related to or are associated through marriage.
